At COROLLARY JEWELS, we are committed to the exceptional quality and perfect fit of your fine jewelry. Should your ring require sizing or minor repairs, our dedicated in-house artisans are here to assist.

 

Resizing Your Jewelry

 

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential.

  • Complimentary Resizing: If your ring does not fit perfectly, we offer free resizing. You are only responsible for the shipping charges (both to and from our facility).

  • Current Timeline: Our standard turnaround time for resizing requests is 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your ring.

  • Finding Your Size: Ring sizing is not universal. We strongly recommend determining your exact ring size. You can get sized at any local jewelry store, or you can contact our team, and we will provide guidance on how to get the most accurate measurement.

  • Inspection and Tune-Up: While your ring is with us for resizing, we will complete a full inspection. We automatically address any minor issues related to ordinary wear and tear at no extra cost. If the inspection reveals any necessary work that goes beyond minor fixes, we will send you an intake form for your review and approval before proceeding.

  • Exchange Option (Faster Service): In some instances, we may propose exchanging the original ring for an identical, newly handcrafted ring in your correct size instead of resizing. We do this only if:

    • a) It results in a faster turnaround time for you, or

    • b) Resizing would compromise the integrity of the design.

    • This option is limited to plain gold bands without stones. We will always contact you for approval if this is our recommendation.

  • Shipping & Fees: Clients are responsible for all shipping costs both ways (and for international clients, this includes customs fees).

  • ⚠️ Special Note on Eternity Bands:

    • If you selected the “Eternity Band” style, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service).

    • Important: Full Eternity Rings cannot be resized due to their design. Please ensure you double-check your size before ordering a Full Eternity Ring. Our team will also verify your ring size with you before production begins.

 

Jewelry Repair Service

 

If your jewelry needs repair, please contact us first at hello@corollaryjewels.com.

  • Intake Process: Our repair specialists will create an intake form noting the piece's current condition and the required repair work. We will send you a copy to ensure clarity on the scope of work.

  • Warranty Coverage: We will immediately begin any work covered under our generous lifetime warranty without requiring further approval from you. This work may include:

    • Replacing or resetting stones

    • Replacing the setting

    • Prong work or replacement

    • Replacing thinner areas of the band

    • Resizing the ring

  • Opting Out/Pre-Approval: If you prefer to review and approve the scope of the warranty-covered work, or if you do not want us to perform any or part of the above-listed services, please inform us before sending in your piece.

  • Non-Warranty Repairs: If work is needed that falls outside the scope of the warranty, we will notify you, and you will have the ability to opt out of those repairs.

  • Current Timeline: Our current turnaround time for repairs is 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.

  • Shipping: Clients are responsible for all shipping costs both ways.

  • NOTE on Stones: We cannot guarantee the replacement of limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones. In the rare event that the exact stone is unavailable, we will follow up with you to get your approval on a suitable alternative.
